In the 1990s there were few cinematic masterpieces. Street Fighter The Movie with JVCD was not one of them, but nobody told Raul Julia that. Raul Julia, RIP, was a master actor and made every line of his take on Bison the highlight of the film including his epic dig at Chun Li.
