Honestly, Mighty No. 9 wasn’t all that bad, but the Kickstarter was quite the spectacle with versions that were promised, like the 3DS, that never saw the light of day.
I guess January is sort of turning into an awards month.
Another Christmas comic! This was originally going to be Robotnik, but I thought Ice King worked better.
It’s still December, so time for another CHristmas comic! You should always appreciate the gifts your Mom gets you… Link does.
It’s December so it”s Christmas comic time. If you’ve played the recent few Tomb Raiders, you’ve probably noticed that Lara Croft basically comes in and destroys giant swaths of population that she justifies by saying an evil group will use the artifacts to destroy giant swaths of the population if they get it first. And she is justified more because they killed her Dad. But hey, makes for pretty good games.
There’s two inaccuracies in this comic. The first is that I don’t really play games online with other people. The second is that I don’t play games in a chair. Everything else is correct.
I think The Outer Worlds is good enough to take my time with, what little time there is have. Death Stranding is what the world is talking about, but I wonder how many great games were dropped from the hype of a Kojima game by players?
Apparently, Diablo 4 is going to be an MMORPG, something I am sure is going to be great for their players, not their bottom line.
Happy Halloween! The Outer Worlds is one of the scariest games out there. Why? Because it exaggerates how a capitalistic, corporate ran society would work… but it’s actually believable with how things currently are. I could have just made the second panel a politician.
Hallowed ween is still on the way, so here is another scary comic about how time is killing us all!
